Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop and nurture professional relationships with external doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers to generate patient referrals. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders to address their queries and foster collaboration. Referral Generation: Create and implement strategies to increase patient referrals from external sources. Regularly meet with doctors and healthcare providers to educate them about the hospitals services, specialties, and facilities. Identify new opportunities for partnerships and referral networks. Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals and referral partners. Organize workshops, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other professional events to engage with the medical community. Collaborate with the internal team to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and evaluate competitive hospital offerings. Monitor and analyze referral data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly. Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on referral trends, stakeholder feedback, and marketing activities. Communicate insights and recommendations to hospital leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of1-2 years in healthcare marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of generating referrals and patient acquisition. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
