We're looking for a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across all our locations. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Campaign Management Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with brand goals — including product launches, seasonal promotions, and in-store events. Coordinate marketing materials across stores to ensure consistent brand messaging. 2. Social Media & Content Support Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and produce social media content. Support the creation of visual and written content including flyers, posters, and videos. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and messages across social platforms. 3. Market Research & Analysis Conduct competitor analysis and track local market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Gather customer feedback through surveys and on-ground insights to support campaign development. 4. Event & Activation Coordination Support the planning and execution of local marketing events, pop-ups, brand activations, and collaborations. Manage logistics, partnerships, and promotional items for events. 5. In-store Marketing & POS Ensure stores are equipped with updated point-of-sale (POS) materials, including menus, signage, and promotional displays. Work with store managers to roll out campaigns effectively at the ground level. 6. Reporting & Administrative Tasks Track performance of campaigns, footfall data, and customer engagement metrics. Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Assist in managing marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor coordination. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus). 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, email platforms) is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns.
