Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion data to optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using engagement tools, particularly CleverTap and WhatsApp Business, and will manage marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle execution effectively. Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies aimed at optimizing marketing efforts and achieving business goals.Reporting & Analytics:Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and KPIs.Analyze trends, customer insights, and other relevant data to inform future marketing strategies and decisions.Present findings and insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Campaign Execution & Engagement:Lead and execute customer engagement campaigns using tools such as CleverTap and WhatsApp Business.Manage and monitor customer lifecycle strategies, ensuring effective communication and engagement at all stages of the customer journey.Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and conversions, continuously testing and adjusting tactics to improve performance.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with other teams (such as Product, Content, and Design) to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns.Ensure timely execution of campaigns and other marketing activities.Continuous Improvement:Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.Proactively suggest new tactics and strategies to drive user engagement and increase customer retention. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in marketing or growth execution.At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce.Proficient in using CleverTap or similar marketing automation platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.Experience in customer lifecycle management and user segmentation.Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in the pharmacy space or related industries.Knowledge of other marketing automation and analytics tools.Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience improvements.Familiarity with email marketing and push notification strategies.
