Role & responsibilities Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced OE Manager Export Marketing to lead international business development for engineering components in the off-highway equipment sector . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in marketing and selling engineering components to global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, with a strong focus on Europe and other export territories. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute export marketing strategies to promote engineering products in global OE markets, with a focus on Europe, the US, and other strategic regions . Drive export marketing and direct sales of engineering components and assemblies to OEMs in the off-highway equipment industry (construction, mining, agriculture, etc.). Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 clients in sectors such as automotive, off-road highway vehicles, and industrial manufacturing . Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and support pricing, quotation, and contract negotiations. Drive top-line growth by expanding the client base and deepening existing partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory requirements in export territories. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international forums to enhance brand visibility. Report monthly sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or MBA in International Business / Marketing. 12+ years of experience in export marketing , with a focus on OE clients in engineering or manufacturing . Strong understanding of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, export documentation, and logistics . Proven success in handling European and US markets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
