Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Professional to lead and manage the marketing strategies for the company.. This role will involve overseeing the marketing function, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ensuring full support is provided to the sales team to ensure their targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate marketing , a good understanding of Hyderabad real estate market and the national real estate market. The marketing head should also posses and display the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to grow the company's presence and revenue. Key Mandates Maximize brand valuation and maximize the capability to charge a premium Build Brand Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the real estate sector in Hyderabad and Indore primarily . Campaigns should be designed to generate positive leads Lead digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences in the real estate industry. Oversee content creation for brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials. Manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to create innovative marketing campaigns. Organize and attend real estate events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients and partners. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Hyderabad real estate market and consumer behavior. Proven track record in handling marketing function for a real estate developer across multiple projects. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure. Preferred Skills: In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance. Experience in marketing residential and commercial properties. Network of contacts in the local real estate community.
