You will be responsible for writing and distributing inspiring content that educates, engages, and converts HR decision-makers into company culture evangelists. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience in Content Marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. This is a paid internship role with a competitive stipend. Responsibilities: Assist in creating and optimizing compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more. Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to support marketing initiatives. Eagerness and patience to learn new skills. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine product messaging to effectively communicate CultureMonkey's value proposition.Support SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices. Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance CultureMonkey's online presence. Work on crafting engaging social media copies and brainstorm ideas for creative social media posts that resonate with our audience. Monitor and track key metrics to assess the performance of content marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. Utilize various content distribution channels to maximize the reach and impact of CultureMonkey's content. What You'd Bring to the Table: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and informative content. Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to innovative marketing strategies. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Chat-GPT functionalities or a willingness to learn. What It Will Take: 0 to 1 year of experience in content marketing or related fields. A strong command of written and spoken English is preferred. A bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience in marketing or related fields is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive approach to problem-solving and project management. Brownie points to having an understanding of how SaaS marketing works.
