Location: RA Puram, Chennai Experience: 2+ years in leading marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or tech startups. Position Overview: We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who is not only a marketing pro but also a hardcore gamer who understands the culture, the trends, and the mindset of the gaming community.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have fresh and unconventional ideas, and know how to make noise in the gaming world, we want you on our team! Roles & Responsibilities Own and Execute Marketing Strategies ● Develop and implement high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and sales growth. ● Build a strong, recognizable brand that resonates with both casual and hardcore gamers. Drive Content and Community Engagement ● Spearhead GameNation’s social media, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to create buzz. ● Leverage platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Twitter to engage with the gaming community. Analyze and Optimize Marketing Efforts ● Use data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI. ● Continuously tweak strategies based on trends, customer feedback, and market analysis. Lead Multi-Platform Growth Initiatives ● Work closely with sales, product, and tech teams to create seamless user experiences that convert. ● Explore new digital and offline avenues to position GameNation as the go-to platform for gamers. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves:  ● Gaming DNA: You MUST be a gamer! Whether it's console, PC, or mobile—you need to understand the culture. ● Industry Experience: Lead role experience in gaming, e-commerce, or tech marketing. ● Performance Marketing: Basic knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and paid ad(Google & Meta) strategies ● Creative & Agile Thinking: Ability to craft unique, out-of-the-box marketing strategies that break through the noise. ● Execution Mindset: A bias for action, self-driven, and able to handle multiple projects at once. ● Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable with numbers, marketing analytics, and A/B testing. ● Community & Partnerships: A strong network of content creators, influencers, and gaming communities.
