Marketing Lead Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Company Founders Industry: F&B, Quick-Service Restaurant Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across India. The person shall be responsible for development & implementation of an Integrated Marketing strategy in close collaboration with the brands Founders. The role demands a deep understanding of luxury wellness market, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and drive customer acquisition across India. Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including e-commerce marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and content creation. Cultivate and manage relationships with key influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners. Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to engage with individuals and luxury lifestyle communities, including Gyms, Pilates studios, and exclusive events. Oversee brand communication and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Analyse marketing performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the healthy lifestyle sectors. Manage and execute marketing events and collaborations. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in marketing and communications. Strong understanding of the luxury & wellness markets and consumer behaviour. Extensive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media management, and influencer marketing. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong soft skills, a smart and proactive approach. Established network within the luxury and lifestyle sectors is highly desirable. International education is preferred. Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
