Job Description Marketing Head -- ZEVO App Location: Indore Employment Type: Full-Time About ZEVO ZEVO is a parent-tech and family-tech startup, leveraging technology, science, and expert-backed content to help parents raise confident, skilled, and future-ready children. With customized milestones, structured learning habits, and real-world skill-building, ZEVO is revolutionizing modern parenting. As Marketing Lead, you will implement ZEVO's marketing strategies, coordinate cross-channel campaigns, and help build our user acquisition funnel to drive growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Growth Implementation - Support the development and execution of ZEVO's full-funnel marketing strategy - Track and report on user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics - Implement multi-channel campaigns aligned with ZEVO's growth roadmap - Help refine target audience personas and positioning of ZEVO as an essential parenting solution 2. Brand Communication - Maintain consistent brand messaging across social media, content, and paid ads - Create compelling content that positions ZEVO as a valuable parenting solution - Coordinate video, social media, and performance ad creation - Support PR and community engagement initiatives 3. Digital & Performance Marketing - Manage Meta, Google, YouTube campaigns for app downloads and conversions - Support App Store Optimization (ASO) & SEO efforts - Execute and optimize paid ads across platforms - Implement CRM, email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns 4. Community Building - Engage with our parenting community through content and forums - Coordinate with influencers, mommy bloggers, and family-focused creators - Assist with ambassador programs and referral initiatives - Help establish partnerships with relevant organizations 5.
