Job Description

Position-Marketing Manager, Brand Communication Role Summary: This role is the voice, vibe, and visual storyteller of DTDC. From ad films to internal campaigns, brand activations to influencer outreach—this individual brings the brand to life across every touchpoint. Sitting at the intersection of internal culture and external perception, they will own all brand communications, campaigns, content, and creative partnerships, ensuring DTDC is always seen as bold, purposeful, and future-ready. Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Communication & Messaging Own DTDC’s external communications narrative across digital, print, video, and events. Develop messaging frameworks for different offerings (Raftaar, WorldWyde, etc.) in collaboration with the Brand Strategy head. Supervise agency briefs and execution for brand campaigns, ad films, and social content. 2. Content Creation & Oversight Drive the creation of all major marketing content – brochures, scripts, internal decks, case studies, product videos, press kits, etc. Manage the brand’s creative tone across platforms: digital, ATL/BTL, events, and owned media. Collaborate closely with the content marketing team (copywriters, designers, editors) for quality control and idea development. 3. Internal Communications Lead internal brand storytelling: town halls, leadership notes, awards, change communication, Vision 2030 messaging, etc. Launch engaging internal campaigns around values, product launches, and employee recognition. Work with HR and other departments to bring alignment on tone, frequency, and platform for internal messages. 4. Activations & Brand Experiences Plan and execute brand activations (e.g., at trade shows, retail experiences, partner events). Drive employee branding and culture-building activities across offices and hubs. 5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing Identify and build influencer relationships aligned with DTDC’s brand story (logistics, e-com, D2C, SMEs). Design and manage co-branded campaigns and partnerships with platforms, SaaS partners, and ecosystem enablers. Track ROI, engagement, and impact of influencer/partner collaborations each and co-marketing impact. Must-Have Experience: 5–8 years in brand communication, advertising, PR, or content marketing. Strong background in writing, storytelling, and campaign execution. Experience working with creative and production agencies. A good eye for design and ability to give creative direction. Prior experience in managing brand activations and partnerships is a bonus.
