Job Description

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution a. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for selected gift card brands across online, offline, and B2B channels. b. Partner with e-commerce platforms to optimize brand marketing budgets and ensure maximum visibility. c. Design and implement sales-driven promotional strategies to increase gift card adoption and revenue growth. d. Collaborate with brands and sales teams to strategize and execute high-impact promotions. e. Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new gift card products and digital content across platforms. f. Continuously track campaign performance, refine strategies, and optimize media investments to maximize ROI. 2. Account & Partner Management a. Manage end-to-end brand relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. b. Work closely with channel partner marketing and category teams to integrate brands effectively. c. Translate brand objectives into data-driven marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. d. Support sales teams by aligning marketing insights with sales forecasts and quarterly business plans. 3. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization a. Develop a data-first marketing approach, ensuring marketing spends are optimized based on performance analytics. b. Analyse conversion rates, adoption trends, and competitor strategies to refine marketing execution. c. Leverage insights to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. d. Track key KPIs, including ROI, market trends, and category performance to drive marketing decisions. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership a. Work with finance teams on marketing fund allocation, reporting, and cost optimization. b. Partner with product and sales teams to enhance brand listing and product visibility across platforms. c. Provide strategic marketing insights and business reviews for Euronets Executive Leadership Team to drive informed decision-making.
