Job Description

What this role is about: Were looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who can drive our outreach, content, and brand presence across channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and takes full ownership of their work. This is a hands-on role that spans across content creation, campaign execution, sales enablement and brand building. In this role, you will: Create clear, compelling content including pitch decks, emails, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, product videos, newsletters, and more. Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing. Run targeted email and drip campaigns using tools like HubSpot and Lusha. Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and InMail. Manage and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Ads) to drive high-quality leads. Track campaign performance, report key metrics, and refine strategies for better outcomes. Maintain and update the company website to ensure clear messaging, intuitive UX, up-to-date content, and strong SEO performance. Organize and moderate webinars and virtual sessions to engage prospects and showcase thought leadership. Support participation in events and conferences managing logistics, branding, exhibition materials, and content needs. Collaborate with product, sales and channel partners to develop tailored marketing assets for different geographies and customer segments. Build and strengthen Fables brand presence across all touchpoints, positioning it as a strong and trusted name in the category. Create and amplify customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with software review platforms, industry publications, accreditation agencies, and news portals to enhance credibility and visibility. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and communication across teams. Juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesstaying organized and focused in a dynamic environment. Who You Are : 2–4 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or Tech Exceptional written, verbal, and storytelling skills with a flair for crafting compelling narratives Strong presentation and visual content creation abilities—comfortable developing decks, videos, and other collaterals Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease Proactive and self-driven, with a curious mindset and a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt Confident using design tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a Tier-1 institute Exposure to BFSI and international markets is a plus
