Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Gurgaon (3 days in office) Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 7+ years in total with at least 4+ years in Lead Gen / MQL Marketing Industry: IT Services About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Demand Generation & Marketing Qualified Leads Specialist (Marketing Manager) to drive lead generation and campaign execution for our B2B IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MQL generation, digital marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies tailored for the US and UK markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Build and implement lead scoring and MQL grading models. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads, webinars, and content marketing) to drive engagement and conversions. Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) to track and nurture leads through the funnel. Work closely with the sales team to define MQL criteria, improve lead handoff processes, and ensure lead quality meets business objectives. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, lead quality analysis ROI calculations, etc.) and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets, landing pages, and email sequences that resonate with the US/UK audience. Be an expert in digital marketing encompassing different areas - Content, SEO, PPC, Social media, Copy writing, Design, and Reporting Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across sales, content, and design teams. Work with our existing team of content writers, market intelligence analysts, graphic visualizers, web designers, other marketeers & grow the team further to design and execute Marketing Function charter for the organization. Build thought leadership for supporting deeper Sales engagement keeping an eye on the latest trend.
