Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager for Mumbai/Ahmedabad to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing impactful campaigns. Work Mode Type:- Hybrid Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy and Planning: a. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives. b. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. 2. Campaign Management: a. Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, etc.). b. Collaborate with creative teams/ vendors to develop compelling content and visuals. c. Manage marketing budgets 3. Events Management: a. Plan and execute events, including exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and conferences. b. Manage event branding, ensuring alignment with the companys visual and messaging standards. c. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners for smooth event execution. d. Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery. e. Prepare detailed post-event reports, analysing performance and ROI. 4. Brand Development: a. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels. b. Conduct brand health surveys and monitor brand sentiment. c. Build partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility. 5. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors on various projects a. Developing vendors for various projects b. Communicate with stakeholders and report 6. Content creation a. Ensure accuracy of content for marketing collaterals b. Translate the technical content to resonate with customers/prospects c. Develop case studies for customers d. Maintain content for sales team 7. Digital Marketing: a. Drive online engagement through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms. b. Oversee website performance and content updates to enhance user experience. c. Leverage analytics tools to measure and optimize digital campaign performance. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, with BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/instrumentation/electrical/electronics Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva or other design tools Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach. Proven expertise in event management, including budget control and vendor coordination.
