Job Title: Offline Marketing Manager – Real Estate Company: Latinum HR (On behalf of a leading real estate client) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Industry: Real Estate & Property Development Experience: 3+ years in offline marketing (real estate preferred) Job Summary: Latinum HR is hiring an experienced Offline Marketing Manager for a reputed real estate client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing offline marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support property sales across various project locations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (print, radio, events, OOH, etc.) for residential and commercial projects. Collaborate with creative and printing agencies for brochures, flyers, hoardings, and signage. Identify and negotiate with vendors for events, exhibitions, property expos, and activation campaigns. Work closely with sales and project teams to understand marketing requirements and drive footfalls. Monitor and track campaign effectiveness through lead source analysis and ROI tracking. Maintain and manage the offline marketing budget efficiently. Ensure brand consistency across all offline materials and touchpoints. Coordinate on-site marketing activities such as banners, standees, and sample flat branding. Liaise with local community groups and societies for promotional tie-ups and ground-level engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong vendor management, negotiation, and execution skills. Proficient in offline campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking. Willingness to travel to project sites and event locations. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
