Job Title: Marketing Manager - Mobile App Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our mobile app. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive app downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Develop and execute marketing strategies*: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive app downloads, user engagement, and revenue growth. 2. *Analyze market trends and competition*: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. 3. *Manage marketing budget*: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources. 4. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams*: Work closely with the development, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. 5. *Measure and optimize marketing performance*: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. 6. *Manage social media and content marketing*: Develop and execute social media and content marketing strategies to engage with users, build brand awareness, and drive app downloads. 7. *Plan and execute influencer and partnership marketing*: Identify and partner with influencers and other businesses to promote the app and drive user acquisition. 8. *Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices*: Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to stay current with the latest mobile marketing trends and best practices. Requirements: 1. Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. *1+ years of experience in mobile marketing*: Proven experience in mobile marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. 3. *Strong analytical skills*: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance using data-driven insights. 4. *Experience with social media marketing tools*: Google ads, meta ads etc 5. *Strong communication and project management skills*: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 6. *Knowledge of mobile app store optimization (ASO)*: Knowledge of ASO principles and strategies to optimize app visibility and downloads. Nice to Have: 1. *Experience with A/B testing and experimentation*: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing performance. 2. *Experience with influencer marketing*: Experience with influencer marketing, with a focus on identifying and partnering with influencers to promote the app.
