This role is focused on developing and executing marketing strategies for a SaaS-based AI automation brand , helping position it as a leader in the industry. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth . What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute SaaS-focused marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth . Build brand awareness by crafting and executing demand-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, paid ads, SEO, and email marketing . Optimize the SaaS sales funnel , ensuring strong conversion from awareness to trial and subscription. Leverage startup-style growth marketing tactics , including A/B testing, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making. Create compelling content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns that engage B2B buyers. Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting) to maximize ROI and reach ideal customers. Align closely with sales teams , providing marketing support that helps accelerate the SaaS sales cycle. Analyze marketing performance metrics , adjust strategies based on data insights, and continuously optimize for better results. Conduct competitive analysis to position the product effectively and differentiate it from other AI automation solutions. What We’re Looking For 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS-based products. Prior experience working with startups or scaling new products in a fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and ability to create marketing strategies that drive conversions. Proven expertise in digital marketing , including SEO, LinkedIn outreach, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM). Strong analytical skills , with experience using marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Ability to craft compelling marketing content that educates and converts B2B audiences. Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams to create alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals. Hands-on experience with growth marketing tactics , including A/B testing, funnel optimization, and retargeting campaigns. Why Join Us?
