Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote lab-grown diamond jewelry and achieve sales objectives. Define marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs); track campaign performance and deliver regular ROI reports. Campaign Management: Lead marketing initiatives including digital advertising, social media campaigns, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and promotional events. Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision and positioning. Market Insights & Budget Management: Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, using insights to identify growth opportunities. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve objectives. Content Creation & Partnerships: Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful content across channels to connect with the target audience. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand reach and effectiveness. Innovation & Collaboration: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and platforms to keep the brand innovative and competitive. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing execution. Preferred candidate profile Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team effectively. Creativity combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems is an advantage. Knowledge of Canva and digital marketing best practices is a plus. Perks and benefits
