Key Responsibilities: 1. Public & International Relations Develop and execute strategies to position KIET as a leader in education and research on domestic and international scale. o Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and educational influencers. Manage communications during events, seminars, and conferences to enhance institutional visibility. Coordinate with representatives from international universities for collaborations, student/ faculty exchange and other programmes. Support in drafting impactful press releases, success stories, and articles to highlight key achievements of the institution. Monitor and address public perception, including handling crisis communication effectively. 2. Marketing Strategy Support in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to attract students, partners, and stakeholders. Identify innovative ways to showcase KIETs achievements in academics, research, and community engagement. o Visit embassies and networking events to connect with foreign delegates. Travel across the nation, in case of education fairs and other promotional events. Collaborate with admission teams to create compelling campaigns that boost enrollment, specifically international admissions. 3. Brand Management Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels. o Support in highlighting the institutions unique selling points, including accreditations, research breakthroughs, and success stories of students and alumni. Help in organizing impactful events such as industry conclaves, alumni meets, and educational fairs to reinforce KIET's leadership in education. 4. Team working o Work with the team of PR and International Relations to achieve strategic goals. Work closely with department heads to align PR and marketing initiatives with institutional objectives. Manage budgets and report campaign performance through analytics and measurable KPIs. Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in education marketing or PR, preferably with institutions of repute. • Expertise in media relations, content creation, and digital marketing tools. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
