Marketing Manager Real Estate & Education

Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Real Estate and Education verticals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solutions-oriented, and capable of independently managing campaigns, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Role & responsibilities Take ownership of marketing execution across digital, print, and offline channels. Develop and implement marketing plans, content strategies, and campaign roadmaps aligned with business goals. Manage external agencies and vendors , ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Handle content updates, sales enablement materials, and customer touchpoints. Drive lead generation, brand positioning, and engagement strategies across different customer segments. Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to improve effectiveness and ROI. Work closely with internal teams (email, web, performance marketing) to execute lead-nurturing strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign performance, trends, and improvements. Support and manage marketing budgets, events, and collaborations to maximize impact. Preferred candidate profile Proven ability to execute marketing plans independently. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and media partnerships . Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and CRM tools . Background in Real Estate or Education marketing is preferred.
