Qualifications and Skills: · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the civil engineering or construction sector is a plus. · Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, materials, and project lifecycle. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. · Willingness to travel as needed.
