Role & responsibilities As a Marketing Officer in the hospital sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote hospital services directly to patients. Your role includes driving patient acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns, promoting OPD services, health packages, and preventive care programs. You will organize community outreach events, health camps, and promotional activities to enhance hospital visibility. Collaborating with local businesses, RWAs, and corporate offices , you will establish partnerships for Marketing Officer . Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field , with 2-5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing . They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, communities, and corporate clients. Proven expertise in retail marketing strategies, event planning, and executing local campaigns is essential. Strong networking abilities and experience in B2C healthcare promotions will be an advantage. The candidate should be proactive, creative, and adaptable to evolving market trends and patient needs.
