Key Responsibilities - Creation and Maintenance of Reports - Excel/Spreadsheet Project Management Data Analysis and Reporting Cross-Functional Team Collaboration Client contract maintenance Process Improvement Administrative Support Roles - Prepare regular reports on operational performance metrics. Regularly assess business procedures to ensure they are agile and effective. Collect, organize, and analyse data related to operations. Support the implementation of new processes and monitor their effectiveness. Analyse and reduce expenses by making processes more efficient and using strategic automation. Monitor project progress and assist in meeting project deadlines.
