About Gully Labs: Gully Labs is a sneaker brand headquartered in Delhi. We design and manufacture every pair in-house and have already partnered with Royal Enfield and designer PRXKHXR , earning coverage in Vogue India , GQ , Diet Paratha , and Grazia . What You'll Do Marketplace Operations: Build, upload, and QA all listing files (images, content, keywords, compliance fields) for Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, and partner stores like Extra Butter, Dawntown etc. and any new platform we enter. Content Creation: Support social media content, product descriptions, brand storytelling Influencer Outreach: Help build creator relationships and track campaign performance Data Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, market insights Partnership Support: Assist with brand collaborations and launch campaigns What We're Looking For Current student (any year) or recent graduate Curious & hungry - you ask "why" and "what if" Digitally native - comfortable with social platforms, basic tools, learns tech quickly Strong communication - can write clearly and speak confidently Hustle mentality - gets shit done without hand-holding Cultural awareness - understands Indian youth/street culture Nice to Have Interest in fashion/sneakers/streetwear Basic design skills (Canva, etc.) E-commerce or startup experience Social media savvy What You'll Learn D2C brand building from 0→1 Marketplace strategy and operations Influencer marketing and partnerships Data-driven decision making Working directly with founders Commitment Duration: 3-6 months Hours: 25-30 hours/week (flexible scheduling) Location: Noida Office (Sector 4) Compensation Stipend: ₹15,000-20,000/month based on experience Letter of recommendation upon successful completion Pre-placement offer consideration for full-time roles Application Process Submit our short assignment (details provided after application) Quick video call with team Show more Show less
