Bodycraft Spa & Salon is looking for Marketing & Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc) Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, emails, and advertisements Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities Generate sales leads, nurture client relationships, and drive sales conversions Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and initiatives Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications are advantageous Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, demonstrating successful campaigns and sales achievements Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools, etc) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):Certifications in marketing or sales (e g , Google Ads certification, HubSpot Inbound certification, etc) Experience in BB or BC sales, depending on the company's target market Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Benefits:Opportunity to make a significant impact on marketing and sales efforts Competitive salary and benefits package, including performance-based incentives Potential for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment
