Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and direct sales efforts. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of creativity, analytical skills, and sales expertise to enhance brand visibility and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Create and manage content marketing efforts such as blogs, case studies, and video marketing. Organize and manage events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance market presence. Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance. Sales Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies with sales objectives. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a B2B or technology sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
