Job Description

The Job We are seeking to identify a Marketing Technology and Salesforce Specialist with hands on experience in Pardot Implementation with the below mentioned competencies: Marketing Technology Stack Ownership: Take full ownership of the marketing technology stack specific to Salesforce, and work collaboratively with the technology owners of the other platforms e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn, N. Rich, Jira, SEO tools, Sprout Social, and the company website. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology roadmap, aligned with business goals and marketing strategies. Continuously evaluate and optimise the performance of the marketing technology stack. Research and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities and drive innovation. Salesforce & Pardot (Account Engagement) Mastery: Serve as the technical expert for Salesforce and Pardot, providing guidance and support to the marketing team. Design, build, and help to manage and optimise complex Salesforce campaigns, workflows, and automations within Pardot. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing technologies. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce and Pardot, implementing robust data management practices. Website Management & Development: Work collaboratively with the technology owners of the company website, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and user experience standards. Work collaboratively with the technology owners utilising HTML skills to troubleshoot website issues, collaborate with agency developers, and implement updates to improve site functionality. Collaborate with technology, marketing and content teams to optimize website content and user journeys. Data Management & Analysis: Develop and implement strategies for collecting, storing, and utilizing customer data to enhance customer experiences and improve marketing campaign targeting. Lead data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization initiatives across marketing, sales, and product systems. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights. Your Profile An Ideal candidate will have 10+ yrs of experience in Salesforce and Marketing Technology with hands on experience in the below mentioned skills: Experience in B2B marketing technology leadership roles, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Pardot. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing technology stacks. Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM, analytics, CMS, and web development technologies. Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and development (Apex, Visualforce). Strong proficiency in Pardot campaign management, email marketing, and lead nurturing. Experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn, SEO tools, and social media management platforms. Proficiency in HTML for website troubleshooting and updates. Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. Bonus Points: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Pardot Specialist, Platform Developer I). Experience in the financial services industry.
