Company Overview We are a dynamic e-commerce solutions provider seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive performance and growth across multiple marketplace platforms. Core Responsibilities Purchase Order (PO) Management Oversee comprehensive Purchase Order (PO) management across multiple marketplaces Maintain and improve PO Fill Rate through strategic planning and execution Develop and implement processes to optimize order fulfillment efficiency Monitor and analyze PO performance metrics Ensure timely and accurate order processing Marketplace Platform Expertise Manage PO operations for: o Amazon Vendor Central o Flipkart Purchase Order System o Nykaa Vendor Portal o Quick Commerce Platforms Navigate and master each platforms unique operational requirements Develop platform-specific strategies to maximize account performance Stakeholder Coordination Serve as primary liaison between: o Marketplace Key Account Managers o Warehouse Operations Team o Vendor Management o Sales and Marketing Teams Facilitate seamless communication and operational alignment Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers Performance Optimization Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) o PO Fill Rate o On-time Delivery Rates o Inventory Turnover o Account Health Scores Develop actionable insights to drive account growth Create and implement improvement strategies SLA Management Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Develop proactive approaches to meet and exceed marketplace requirements Create escalation protocols for potential SLA breaches Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms for SLA performance Technical Skills Requirements Advanced proficiency in: o Marketplace vendor portals o Inventory management systems o Excel and data analysis tools o ERP and order management software Understanding of e-commerce logistics and supply chain dynamics Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management Proven track record of managing complex marketplace operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Competencies Technical Competencies Comprehensive understanding of: o E-commerce marketplace dynamics o Vendor management processes o Inventory optimization techniques o Data-driven decision-making Advanced Excel and data analysis skills Soft Skills Exceptional communication abilities Strong negotiation skills Strategic thinking High-pressure performance Collaborative team player Adaptability to rapid market changes Performance Expectations Improve PO Fill Rate by minimum 10% annually Reduce order processing time Maintain marketplace account health scores above 90% Develop innovative operational strategies How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: Detailed resume highlighting marketplace operations experience Performance metrics from previous roles References from e-commerce or marketplace management positions Application Process 1.
