Job Description

Job type - Contract Commitment of hours - 20 hours per week. We are looking for a "MarTech Manager for a mobile gaming domain. He/she will oversee the integration and utilization of marketing technology tools within a mobile gaming company, primarily focused on acquiring and retaining players by strategically managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels using data-driven insights and sophisticated software platforms. Key Roles Responsibilities Conduct market research, benchmarking and consumer studies to identify the game target audience and define its positioning, marketing pillars and USP Select, implement, and manage various marketing technology tools such as UA campaign manager tools, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and user acquisition platforms. Collaborate with the game development team to integrate in-game marketing elements like promotional events, targeted ads, and personalized rewards to enhance player engagement. Collaborate with the user acquisition team to optimize the advertising campaigns targeting and assets. Implement strategies to keep players engaged and prevent churn through loyalty programs, personalized content, and regular updates. Help UA managers to allocate marketing budgets effectively across different channels and campaigns based on performance metrics. Required Skills Experiences Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in business or related field 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing Any prior experience for building any marketing product will have an added advantage. Knowledge of player behavior, monetization strategies, and the competitive landscape within the mobile gaming market. Proficiency in using various marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and ad networks. Ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing campaigns. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Work effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, delivery managers, and creative teams.
