Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Monitor and improve safety on the shop floor, eliminate any unsafe operations and ensure a safe and clean environment. GR , GI , EO , balance out , event management , rejection handling , problem solving , analytical skill , layout management ,MHE skill To Lead the team of Neem & CT in the daily execution of Logistic (Material Handling) and cycle counting tasks. •Provide clear instructions, guidance, and training to ensure efficient operations and the professional development of team members. Manage team schedules and workload, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare and submit detailed reports on team performance, inventory levels, material handling, and cycle counting activities to the supervisor & Management. Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, material handling efficiency, and team productivity. Lead initiatives to improve inventory control procedures, reduce errors, and enhance accuracy. Qualifications Education - Diploma (Mechanical) Experience - Relevant experience of 5-10 years Languages Known - Telugu, English, Hindi (Optional) Skillsets Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, is required. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization and communication skills Understanding of company policies and procedures
