Key Responsibilities and Tasks Efficiency in completion of tasks and targets. Navigating Shipsure for monitoring and verifying items in PO and to check if it contains hazardous material. Planning and organized filing of data from Purchasing module in Shipsure for vessels. Recording and maintaining data in respective folders. Monitoring E-mails on Outlook on regular basis. Assisting Project manager in the creation of IHM Maintenance plans and daily duties. Maintaining track sheets for Weekly reports for smooth operations. Essential Very good understanding of finance and process good analytical skills. Should be a Marine Engineer, sailing experience will be an added advantage.
