Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics using Project-Based Learning (PBL) methodologies. Design and implement projects that align with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus while ensuring hands-on learning experiences. Encourage students to explore, experiment, and apply concepts to solve real-world problems. Integrate technology, nature, and outdoor activities into lessons to enhance experiential learning. Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, focusing on both conceptual understanding and practical application. Collaborate with fellow educators to create interdisciplinary learning experiences. Foster a classroom environment that promotes inquiry, collaboration, and innovation. Provide individualized support to students, catering to diverse learning needs and styles. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field. Teaching certification or relevant training in the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum is preferred. Minimum 0-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a PBL environment or an inquiry-based learning setup. Strong understanding of Project-Based Learning methodologies and experience in implementing them. Passion for nature-based learning and integrating outdoor activities into the curriculum. Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills. Ability to think creatively and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
