We are now looking for an Account Administrator to work in our Release Engineering team. This role is based in Hyderabad in India. The Database Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of administrative tasks related to the procurement and management of API sandboxes, databases, and credentials. These environments are used extensively by the Connectors Services Team. This role ensures that processes for teams they support run smoothly by supporting the operational needs of the Connectors Services Team, maintaining a centralised repository of credentials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all environments are populated with relevant test data for connector development. The Database Administrator will play a crucial role in keeping all sandboxes, test environments, and databases up to date and fully functional. What you will be doing Environment & Test Data Management : Procure and maintain database sandbox and test environments, regularly refreshing them with realistic data for effective testing. Credential & Access Control : Manage secure storage, rotation, and provisioning of API keys, tokens, and other credentials for development teams. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain internal documentation, access protocols, and troubleshooting guides to ensure teams can easily access critical resources. Vendor & API Coordination : Liaise with vendors for secure access to external systems, monitor API/schema changes, and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering. What we are looking for Technical Environment Experience : Background in administrative support, account management, or similar roles within a technical setting. API & Database Knowledge : Familiarity with API management, credential handling, and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL), including JDBC connections and data flow troubleshooting. Workflow & Ticketing Tools : Proficient in using tools like JIRA to manage technical requests, track issues, and support workflow efficiency. Collaboration & Communication : Strong communicator, able to work across technical and non-technical teams, and coordinate with external vendors.
