Role DescriptionMavenMagnet AI is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Specialist with a strong background in qualitative market research.Role Overview1. Conduct comprehensive qualitative market research for a diverse range of global clients in sectors such as FMCG, media, consumer durables, healthcare, and automotive2. Employ innovative qualitative techniques, specifically, Conversation Research, to design and implement market research studies that align with specific client goals3. Conduct in-depth qualitative research to gather consumer insights across various digital platforms4. Manage a variety of qualitative research projects, from Brand Health and Consumer Behavior Studies to Ethnographic Research and Cultural Trend Analysis5. Analyze and interpret qualitative data to derive meaningful insights that support our clients strategic decision-making processesEligibility Criteria1. Must possess a Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Anthropology; or an MBA in Marketing.2. Proven expertise in primary qualitative market research3. Demonstrable experience in all aspects of qualitative research, including research design, content analysis, and final presentation development4. A portfolio of past qualitative consumer insights projects that showcases a deep understanding of qualitative methodologies5. Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)6.
