We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our consulting services operations in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations within a service-based industry, with a focus on driving efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a team of consultants. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, coordinating client engagements, and maintaining high service standards to support our company growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Operations and Process Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting business, ensuring smooth delivery of services and optimal resource utilization. Develop and refine processes to improve service delivery, project management, and client interaction. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely completion and high client satisfaction. Act as a key point of contact for major clients, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any issues. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and manage the operations team, including consultants and administrative staff, to achieve business objectives. Provide training and mentorship to team members, focusing on skill development and service excellence. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all consulting services meet the highest standards of quality and align with industry best practices. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and client agreements. Resource Allocation and Project Management: Efficiently manage resources to align with project demands, ensuring consultants are allocated based on skill sets and project requirements. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, providing insights for process improvements and strategic decisions. Prepare reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational challenges for senior management. Requirements Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm. Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing service delivery. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions effectively. Proficiency in operational software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
