Role & responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to promote hydraulic powerpacks, pumps, and related products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with hydraulic systems.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients to ensure proper usage and maintenance.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, engineering) to customize solutions based on customer needs.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, service reports, and customer interactions using CRM tools.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in hydraulics.Travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, or consultations as required.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.27 years of experience in sales or servicing of hydraulic systems or industrial equipment.Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic principles, pumps, powerpacks, valves, and related components.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and explaining technical solutions.Proficiency in reading hydraulic schematics and using tools like MS Office and CRM software.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and service calls.Perks and benefits Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives or commissions.Reimbursement for travel expenses (e.g., mileage or company vehicle).Health insurance coverage (medical/dental/vision).Paid leave (vacation days and holidays).Opportunities for professional development through training programs or certifications (e.g., Fluid Power Specialist).Mobile phone reimbursement or company-provided device.Supportive team environment fostering career growth.
