Duties you'll be entrusted with:Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digitalchannels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies through paid media.Continuously track, measure, and analyse campaign performance and ROI to optimisebudget allocation.Should be able to get good results as per the defined KPIs within the budget assignedby the brand.Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, andconversion rates.Develop and manage paid search, display, video, and social media advertisingCampaigns.Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google TagManager, Hubspot, Microsoft Clarity etc.) to derive actionable insights.The candidate should be capable of independently managing 5-8 brandssimultaneously, efficiently handling all performance marketing requirements withoutmuch supervision.Key Deliverables:Achieve predefined KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and LTV.Optimize campaigns to drive revenue growth while maintaining cost efficiency.Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.Implement data-driven decision-making to refine targeting and audience segmentation.Expectations from you:Certifications in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and AnalyticsPaid Media Expertise Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Can work on organic performance.
