Role Overview: The HR Onboarding, Exit Formalities, and Induction role will oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience throughout.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of documentation, resources, and induction sessions.Exit Formalities: Manage exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and ensure timely settlement and return of company assets.Induction: Coordinate and execute the employee induction program to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize onboarding and exit processes for better efficiency and employee satisfaction.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on onboarding and exit trends.
