Internship Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business. Create content, run promotions, and engage with customers. Sales & Business Development Identify B2B & B2C opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships. Executive Assistance – Help the founder with scheduling, research, and day-to-day decision-making. Customer Engagement & Loyalty – Manage online reviews, plan loyalty programs, and execute local marketing campaigns. Event & Promotion Planning – Organize caf events, festival promotions, and local brand partnerships. Market Research & Strategy – Analyze competitors, customer behavior, track industry trends, and create business reports. Operations & Vendor Support – Assist in inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and purchase management. Qualifications: Pursuing or completed MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality. Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement. Excellent communication skills & ability to think creatively. Familiarity with social media tools, MS Office, and marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
