Job Description Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems Stay updated on new releases and proactively test new features Maintain detailed and verifiable documentation of all tests Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Monitor and analyze mobile devices and operating systems (iOS and Android) Utilise MS applications and basic infrastructure knowledge in daily tasks Take ownership and responsibility for completed tasks Job Location
