Job Role: We are hiring a Supervisor cum Cashier to manage kitchen supplies, vendor coordination, billing, and guest feedback. Key Responsibilities: Stay at the hotel and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Procure & issue materials (groceries, vegetables, non-veg) to the chef. Maintain vendor relations to get quality supplies at the best prices. Handle POS billing & cash management . Interact with guests, collect feedback & improve service.
