Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Experienced in piping systems in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical industries. Skilled in plant layout, routing, piping isometric drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). Design Engineering, Mechanical/ Production/ Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Design skills Experience in pressure vessel design and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Knowledge of Distillation column, Heat exchanger, Reactor, Receivers, Storage tanks Plant layout, piping routing and design in 2D/3D Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Motor, gearbox selection(Design calculations) Knowledge of materials (MS, CS, SS, Hastelloy etc )and manufacturing processes Hands-on experience in mechanical design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, storage tanks, and along with expertise in ASME standards Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Professional certifications in relevant areas are advantageous Preferred candidate profile Experienced in fabrication of process equipment in pharma & chemical industry Perks and benefits
