Troubleshoot issues with machine operation, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts. Collaborate with production team members to optimize mold changes and minimize downtime. Quality control to minimise rejects and ensure proper moulding of articles. Ensure production target is being achieved and if not then coming up with solutions to reach production goals
