Onsite: There will be a training of 3 - 6 Months in Europe Job description Position Name: Mechanical Process Commissioning Engineer (Application Engineers) _ 5-Axis Machines Manufacturing European Machine Tools MNC Job Location: Anantpur District, Andhra Pradesh Job Type: Full time/ Permanent Qualification: Diploma/BE - Mechanical Experience: Min 2 years as Mech Process Technician in a CNC/VMC/HMC/5-Axis Machines Manufacturing Machine Tools Company Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidates... Roles & Responsibilities Must respond quickly to customer installations or problems on short notice Assemble and start-up of Process Commissioning of new and old CNC machines to specifications Installation, Adjust and check geometry of Machine and special purpose Machines will have added advantage Utilize precision measuring instruments (such as calipers, levels, indicators, micrometers, etc.). Dealing with high-precision measuring equipment and required familiarity with initial geometric relations the previous work. Read and follow mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints/drawings Experience in setting and function tests of the actuators and sensors on Fixture / Work Holding of Machining centers and Special purpose machines Experience in reading and running NC Controlled machining processes, evaluate measuring results and make appropriate corrections in NC Program (Evaluate machining results and initiate changes in machining tools as well as cutting data) Read and follow tool layouts and NC code (G-code, M-functions) Troubleshoot small machine errors Respond to emergency calls from customers in a timely manner Education and Experience Requirements Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred NC programming experience preferred Previous CNC machining or machine building experience preferred 1-5 years relevant experience preferably from CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing industry General Requirements Ability to travel as required for business needs Self-motivated; able to work alone or in a team environment Full understanding of the metric system / Imperial System Strong math skills Willing to work overtime as needed Ability to obtain and maintain ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
