Job Description

* a) Assist, supervise & build a well operated maintenance team to handle all maintenance works. b) Log book preparation and attending the problems in the previous shift. c) Attending Break down activities and ensure smooth running of equipment’s in the shift d) Maintaining the shift activities as per the check charts ( Daily, Weekly, Monthly). e) Review and evaluate maintenance operations. f) Coordinate as a bridge between Section head & Shop floor managers. g) Attending planned shutdowns as per job planning h)Assist and supervise maintenance team in execution of CBM i) Ensure good safety practices of employees with ZERO LT and 5S j) Become a part of the team for repair techniques and equipment failures during root cause analysis by providing basic information. k) Priority fixing of attending the breakdowns. *
