We have Urgent Job opening for Mechanical Site Engineer @ Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Maharashtra Location. Must have Experience in Dairy & Beverages Industry. Experience - Min 5-6 Years Qualification - Degree/Dip in Mechanical Engineering Job Role: Responsible for the fabrication, erection, testing, mechanical completion and pre commissioning activity Review ,issue & follow up the general notes on drawing ,typically piping details , structure detail plot plan ,&scope layout for specific job Responsible for the supervision of fabrication and installation of stainless-steel pipe and jacketed pipe. Erection of purlin , structural work. The work include installation of mechanical equipment and tank Pipe spool fabrication at fabrication shop. Erection of spools on pipe racks at site. Line check and hydro test activities. Reinstatements of hydro tested piping test racks. Conformity checks during erection and installation of piping and equipment against Isometric, P&IDs and GA / layout drawings. Monitor pipe flushing, hydro, pneumatic test, reinstatement. Dry out, leak testing. Preservation activities and closed out check lists after those completions Mechanically clearing the lines and releasing the same to hydro testing and subsequent activities.
