Job Description

Perform Mechanical Maintenance and Repairs Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhauling of mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, gearboxes, and compressors. Install and Align Mechanical Equipment Install, align, and test machinery and rotating equipment to ensure precise operation and minimal vibration. Conduct Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Follow maintenance schedules to perform routine checks and servicing, preventing breakdowns and ensuring equipment reliability. Fabricate and Assemble Components Use tools and machines to fabricate, modify, and assemble mechanical parts as required for maintenance or new installations. Read and Interpret Technical Drawings Understand engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical manuals to carry out work accurately and efficiently. Diagnose Mechanical Faults Identify issues in mechanical systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Follow Safety and Operational Standards Ensure compliance with plant safety protocols, mechanical codes, and standard operating procedures during all work activities. Show more Show less
