Interested candidates may directly share their resume at "anurag.awasthi@medanta.org"Role & responsibilities 1) Manpower ManagementEnsure round the clock availability and optimal utilization of cardiac cath lab technicians.Ensure Mandatory implementation and compliance of safe practices in Cathlab.Infection control practices and use of TLD badges(radiation hazard)Improved and upgrade skills and technical expertise of Technicians by organizing regular training sessions and workshops2) Equipment MaintenanceEnsure timely maintenance of equipment in co-ordination with Biomedical Engineers.Carry out daily check of all equipments for any error or improper function.Maintain log book for errors and rectification.Ensure timely PM(Preventive maintenance) of Cardiac Cathlab.3) Record KeepingMaintain written record of each and every case being done in Cardiac Cathlab with proper procedures and description as per National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers(NABH) standard and protocol.Follow guidelines issued by NIC (National Interventional Council) and CSI(Cardiology society of India) in this respect.4) Protocols and ProcessesMaintaining efficient and timely use of manpower to decrease waiting time and increase case output in Cardiac Cathlab.Ensure rotation and distribution of technical manpower for equitable exposure to different types of procedures.Maintaining protocols for prevention of infection.
