This role is perfect for someone who can blend creative thinking with data-driven media planning. Candidates with experience in Radio Mirchi or reputed advertising agencies will be highly preferred. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute media buying plans across digital, radio, print, and outdoor platforms Strategically align media plans with brand objectives and campaign goals Negotiate and secure cost-effective ad placements with vendors and publishers Collaborate with internal marketing, branding, and creative teams Monitor media performance, optimize campaign outcomes, and report key insights Stay informed about market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities ✅ Requirements 4–5 years of relevant experience in media buying and marketing strategy Strong understanding of both traditional and digital advertising ecosystems Prior experience with Radio Mirchi or in a top advertising/marketing agency is a strong advantage Skilled in media planning tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills 🌟 Why Join WeHear?
