Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook) and other relevant platforms. Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and lead quality. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates. Scale campaigns while maintaining or improving cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align advertising strategies with business goals. Research and implement the latest trends in paid advertising to stay ahead of the competition. Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI. Work with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality ad creatives and landing pages. Track and report KPIs and performance insights to leadership, providing strategic recommendations. Troubleshoot and resolve ad performance issues, policy violations, and account restrictions. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience (5+ years) as a Media Buyer in a high-performance environment, preferably in solar, home services, or high-ticket sales. Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns. Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and campaign scaling. Proficiency in ad tracking tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion APIs. Experience with CRM integration and marketing automation for lead nurturing. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize performance. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing six to seven-figure monthly ad budgets. Knowledge of solar industry marketing trends is a plus. Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.
